Privacy Policy

The short version: the schedules you make stay in your browser. The site has no accounts and no database, and we never receive your schedules. We use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics to count visits.

Who we are

This policy covers AutoScheduleMaker.com ("the site", "we", "us"), which is run by Yogi. If you have a question about it, email [email protected].

Your schedules stay in your browser

• The tools run entirely in your web browser. The employees, shifts, classes, teams and notes you enter are processed on your own device.
• To keep your work between visits, the site saves it in your browser's local storage, a storage area on your device. It's never sent to us, and we can't see it.
• Anyone who uses the same device and browser profile can see what's saved there. To delete it, clear this site's data in your browser settings (often under "Cookies and site data"). Private or incognito windows delete it when you close them.

Share links

When you share a schedule, the site builds a link that holds the whole schedule, compressed, in the part of the link after the "#" sign. Browsers don't send that part to web servers, so opening a share link doesn't send the schedule to us or to our hosting provider.

But anyone who has the link can see the schedule, including names and anything else in it. The apps you use to send the link, such as email, text messages or chat, may keep a copy of it. Share links only with people who should see the schedule.

Downloads and saved files

Images, PDFs, spreadsheets, CSV files and calendar (.ics) files are created on your device and saved straight to it. When you open a saved schedule file, your browser reads it on your device; it isn't uploaded.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and check how fast pages load. It doesn't use cookies or local storage, and it doesn't identify you or follow you across other websites.

It records the page you visited, the site that sent you here, your browser and device type, your country and page-load times. We see only totals, never individual visitors. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Cookies

The site doesn't set any cookies. Local storage, where your schedules are saved, isn't a cookie and is never sent to us.

Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted by Cloudflare Pages. Like almost every web host, it automatically records standard server logs when your browser asks for a page: your IP address, the date and time, the page or file requested, the page that linked to it, and your browser's name and version. These logs are used to deliver the site, keep it secure and fix errors, are kept for a limited time, and are handled under the host's own privacy policy. We don't use them to identify you, and they never contain your schedules.

Fonts and other outside services

Fonts, images and scripts are served from our own domain. Apart from the analytics service named above, the site doesn't load anything from other companies.

Children

The site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The tools don't ask anyone for personal information. Templates such as the kids' routine are meant for parents and teachers to fill in. If you believe a child under 13 has sent us personal information, for example by email, contact us and we'll delete it.

California residents

If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act) gives you the right to know what personal information a business collects about you, to have it deleted or corrected, to opt out of its sale or sharing, and not to be treated differently for using these rights.

We don't sell personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. The only personal information involved in using the site is the network information in server logs, and whatever you choose to send us by email. To make a request, email [email protected]. Changes to this policy

If we change how the site handles information, we'll update this page and the "Last updated" date at the top. Bigger changes, such as adding advertising, will be described here when they take effect.
